Founded in 2020 by a brilliant ethical hacker and a former CTO, Iterasec has grown into one of the leading penetration testing companies in Ukraine and Poland. We specialize in high-impact and in-depth security testing, from web and mobile applications to complex infrastructures, IoT, automotive systems, networks, and cloud environments.

At Iterasec, we don’t just pentest; we think deeper, go beyond industry testing checklists, and add security value, even for compliance-driven security testing.

2020

Two ex-colleagues – Igor and Vadym – co-founded the Company, fully bootstrapped.

2021

First clients, first employees: We were doing our best to get the first clients.

2022

Reached 10 employees, completed 33 projects/year, and found a strategic partner.

2023

Reached 15 employees, doubled the revenue, and completed 50 projects/year. Ultra-focused: Dropped our security compliance services and focused on offensive security.

2024

Reached 20 employees, landed first big clients from Fortune 500, invested in marketing. Clear growth traction.

2025

Reached 30 employees, welcomed lots of new clients and partners. Focused on automation processes and R&D.

Locations

We are a fully remote company with teams located in Poland, Ukraine and Romania. We have a lovely office space in Lviv, which we use as a place to reconnect with the teams.
